The Quick-Read™ Precision Cell Ten Chamber Microscope Slide is a unique microscope slide with pre-calibrated circles in the viewing chambers to facilitate convenient and rapid microscopic examination of elements in each sample. It is a combination slide and coverslip. Each chamber holds 6.3uL. Each chamber has 2 sets of 9 pre-measured circles. Each set of 9 circles has an area of 1.0mm^2 and a volume of 0.1uL. Each circle has an area of 0.111mm^2 and a volume of 0.011uL. At 400x magnification on circle is in complete view.
Capillary action provides uniform distribution of the sample into the viewing chamber. Each chamber has overflow wells to excess fluid and to prevent cross contamination.
