These pouring boats from Globe Scientific facilitate quick and mess-free sample transfer but also can be used as a convenient pour type weighing dish. Plastic pour boats are available in 3 sizes, all of which are anti-static and made from polystyrene. The special grade polystyrene (PS) is resistant to aqueous solutions, diluted acids, alcohols, and bases.
They are contaminent free, biologically inert, safe econonmical containers that are ideal for use with solid or liquid weighing and dispensing. They feature a smooth surface and are thicker than most commonly used weighing dishes. Weighing pour boats are non-reactive with most substances and are suitable for weighing static affected samples.
Pour boats can withstand temperatures up to 80°C. Storage is easy and space requirements are minimal as they are stackable.
