The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel and is reinforced by deeply drawn ribbing with integrated and protected large-area heating on four sides. Apart from the temperature control system, Universal Ovens from Memmert also have an autodiagnostic system that provides a complete fault analysis if any errors are detected.
The high-definition color display makes operation simple. For basic operations, the SingleDISPLAY provides simple temperature, flap position, and fan speed adjustments and is best used with dry insensitive materials.
