The Benchmark Scientific BeadBug 6 Microtube Homogenizer is designed for use in medium throughput laboratories with the capability to homogenize up to six samples simultaneously. It takes less than a minute for most samples using bead-filled disposable 2 mL screw cap microtubes. Optimized 3D mixing motion causes rapid cell disruption through constant high velocity impact from glass or zirconium micro-beads selected specifically for your application. Programming the unit is very simple - just set the speed, time, number of cycles and pause between cycles, then press start. For convenience, the last programmed parameters remain in memory for repeated runs.
Developed for samples too tough to be homogenized in a common lab vortexer, the BeadBug 6 Microtube Homogenizer provides a convenient and affordable alternative to traditional homogenizers.
